We don't use your information for anything else. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing.
We rely on legitimate interests as our lawful basis for collecting and using this information. This is the standard basis for SME lead capture, where someone actively fills in a form to request something, a diagnostic result, a reply to an enquiry, and a reasonable person would expect us to use their details to respond and, where relevant, follow up about our services.
This only holds because the processing is proportionate, limited to name and email, used only for the purpose the person engaged us for, and it's easy for anyone to opt out or ask us to delete their data at any time. If we ever wanted to use the data more broadly, for example bulk marketing beyond the original enquiry, we'd need to revisit this and likely rely on consent instead.
We keep enquiry and Ratio Check data for as long as it's relevant to our relationship with you, and for a reasonable period after that in case you get back in touch. If there's been no contact or activity for 24 months, we'll delete it, unless we're required to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.
Your information is stored securely and is accessible only to the people at PeakRatio Ltd who need it to respond to you or manage our client relationships. We don't pass it to any other organisation.
